Founded in Spring 2019, Courtney’s Ice Cream Shoppe was created with one simple goal:
to bring happiness to the community through handcrafted desserts, homemade ice cream, and unforgettable moments. From sunny beach days to late-night sweet treats with family and friends, the shoppe quickly became a place where memories were made daily.

But the dream didn’t stop at the storefront. Inspired by the joy the shop brought to people’s celebrations, Courtney wanted to create a way to bring that same experience beyond the walls of the shoppe and directly to life’s most special moments. That vision became Sweet Sunshine — Courtney’s mobile ice cream cart designed to bring the charm, nostalgia, and happiness of the shoppe wherever the celebration is. Whether it’s a wedding, bridal shower, birthday party, corporate gathering, beach event, or neighborhood celebration, Sweet Sunshine delivers more than just ice cream, it brings an experience. Featuring the beloved homemade flavors from Nasto's and the same warm hospitality Courtney’s Ice Cream Shoppe is known for, the mobile cart was created to make every event feel personal, joyful, and unforgettable.
