A girl with an entrepreneurial spirit, drive, and a dream.  Growing up in Toms River, NJ  Courtney moved to Avon by the Sea to raise her children in the picturesque town.  Courtney felt a strong desire to bring this quaint little sea shore town a taste of happy!  Featuring the famous Nastos homemade ice cream, Courtney knew she could make her dream a reality!  Courtney's Ice Cream Shoppe is a place  where happiness is made daily! Founded in the Spring of 2019, our shop brings a delightful twist classic desserts in the charming town of Avon by the Sea Indulge in our hand-dipped ice cream, house made brownies & cookies, hand crafted ice cream, pies, cakes, and signature milkshakes, all crafted with love creativity.
